2SMART - is a special program of youth community PROSTO. It includes: mentoring, working with Saint Petersburg forum delegations, as well as helping to develop projects of individuals and youth non-profit organizations. This can be in grant competitions, as well as fundraising and crowdfunding.
In the Moskovsky District the space is intended for all those who need help in implementing ambitious ideas. The objectives of the space are to support youth initiatives, promote youth projects and mainstream youth project activities. In addition, youth community «PROSTO» prepares applications for participation in grant competitions and organizes educational intensives to improve existing projects. It is where people can find like-minded people and assemble their team to work together.
PROSTO 2SMART is a part of the first space of youth community «PROSTO». Here the organizers have kept all existing traditions and standards of coworking.
With the right use of resources and infrastructure teams achieve high performance. In the long run, it is those who have learned how to work as efficiently as possible who are successful. This is the key goal of the 2SMART program.
The 2SMART program was originally created with grant support from the Federal Agency for Youth («Rosmolodezh») in November 2020. The pilot version tested a new format of youth work through individual coaching. The results of Season 1 proved the relevance of this format, therefore an updated and improved 2SMART mentoring program was launched.
A special feature of 2SMART is that «participant-mentor» pairs are formed on the basis of psychological and professional compatibility. This approach ensures a comfortable working environment and avoids the separation of couples during the program. In addition to individual sessions with a mentor the 2SMART program includes educational tracks with industry experts, business games and networking, as well as the best partnership offers.
